Benjamin Ruesch
Benjamin listens carefully and then effectively explains the options available to his clients. They appreciate his sincerity and resolve while leading them through difficult situations. He has successfully assisted clients on a wide range of legal issues involving real estate law, water law, bankruptcy, business and corporate law, estate planning and probate, and construction law. Although Ben has lived the majority of his life in Utah, he has called Illinois, Missouri, California, Puerto Rico and Brazil home. He enjoys his family, all sports including basketball, baseball and football and church.
Mr. Ruesch is licensed to practice law in Utah and Arizona. He is admitted to practice before all Utah state courts including the Utah Supreme Court and before the Federal District Court for the District of Utah. He is also admitted to practice before all Arizona state courts including the Arizona Supreme Court.
