About Our Attorneys

How long has the firm been serving Southern Utah?

Our firm has been serving Southern Utah since 2009, when founding partners Ben Ruesch and Nathan Reeve established the practice. In January 2025, the firm was renamed Ruesch Reeve Werrett & Jones, PLLC to reflect the elevation of long-time attorneys Anthony Werrett and Tony Jones to named partner.

Most of our attorneys have deep local roots — Nathan Reeve was raised in Hurricane and graduated from Hurricane High School; Anthony Werrett has practiced in Southern Utah for 17+ years; Ben Ruesch earned his undergraduate degree at Utah Valley University.

What is the Million Dollar Advocates Forum?

The Million Dollar Advocates Forum (MDAF) is a prestigious national organization of trial attorneys who have achieved million-dollar (or multi-million-dollar) verdicts and settlements for clients. Membership is held by fewer than 1% of U.S. attorneys.

Two of our attorneys are MDAF Life Members: Ben Ruesch (Founding & Managing Partner) and Travis Dunsmoor (Personal Injury Attorney). Their MDAF credentials reflect the trial-grade experience our firm brings to serious injury cases.

Do any of your attorneys speak languages other than English?

Yes — most of our attorneys are bilingual or multilingual:

  • Ben Ruesch — Spanish and Portuguese
  • Nathan Reeve — Spanish
  • Anthony Werrett — Spanish
  • Tony Jones — Japanese

Language fluency is particularly valuable for criminal defense, immigration, and business law cases involving non-English-speaking clients.

What practice areas does your firm cover?

Our attorneys cover a comprehensive range of practice areas across Southern Utah:

  • Personal Injury (car, truck, motorcycle, dog bite, rideshare, bicycle/pedestrian, slip and fall, construction, catastrophic injuries)
  • Workers' Compensation
  • Criminal Defense (including DUI)
  • Family Law (divorce, child custody, child support, adoption)
  • Estate Planning
  • Bankruptcy
  • Business Law
  • Construction Law
  • Real Estate

  • Civil Litigation
Where is your office located?

86 N 3400 W, Bldg C, Ste 101
Hurricane, UT 84737

We also have a Cedar City presence through attorney Debra Stillman. We serve clients throughout Washington County, Iron County, and Kane County — including St. George, Hurricane, Cedar City, Washington City, Ivins, Santa Clara, La Verkin, Springdale, Kanab, and surrounding communities.
