Our six attorneys cover the full range of legal needs facing individuals, families, and businesses across Washington, Iron, and Kane counties — meaning clients don't get bounced between firms when their situation involves multiple areas of law.
We're locally based, locally trained, and locally invested — with attorneys in both Hurricane and Cedar City. We work with people who live and do business in St. George, Hurricane, Cedar City, and the surrounding communities every day.
Ben Ruesch
Founding & Managing Partner
Ben founded the firm in 2009 and serves as Managing Partner. Licensed in Utah and Arizona, his practice covers business planning, civil litigation, estate planning, municipal law, personal injury, real estate, and water law. J.D. cum laude from University of La Verne College of Law (2009). Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
Nathan C. Reeve
Founding Partner
Hurricane native and Hurricane High School graduate. Nathan earned his economics degree (with Spanish minor) from Southern Utah University and his Juris Doctor from UNLV's Boyd School of Law in 2009. An Eagle Scout. He handles criminal defense, immigration, and family law matters — and is fluent in Spanish.
Tony G. Jones
Senior Associate · Bankruptcy
Over 20 years of bankruptcy law practice. Served on the Board of the Utah Bankruptcy Lawyers Forum from 2006–2015, including as Vice-President from 2007–2010. Handles both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. University of Utah grad; J.D. from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College.

Practicing law since 2003 — nearly two decades of Southern Utah experience. Joined the firm in 2022. Represents clients in criminal and family law, fluent in Spanish. J.D. from the University of Wyoming (2000), B.A. from the University of Utah (1996). Inducted into the Order of the Barristers for excellence in courtroom advocacy.
Travis Dunsmoor

Originally from Las Vegas, Travis practiced in Nevada for nearly a decade before relocating to St. George. Licensed in both Utah and Nevada. His practice covers personal injury, civil litigation, construction law, products liability, business law, and probate matters. J.D. from Washburn University School of Law (2013).
Debra Stillman
Attorney · Cedar City
Based in Cedar City, Debra handles a broad practice spanning business law, civil litigation, criminal defense, estate planning, municipal law, and real estate. J.D. from BYU's J. Reuben Clark Law School, where she served as a mediator in Utah County Courts and edited the BYU Education Law Journal. Started her legal career in New York City and Florida before relocating to Southern Utah.
