Meet the New Named Partners
Anthony P. Werrett
Anthony P. Werrett received his license in 2003 and has lived and been actively practicing law in Southern Utah for the last 17 years. He joined Ruesch and Reeve, PPLC, in July 2022. He is a devoted husband and father to four children. His interests include Broadway musicals, college football, watching movies, weight lifting, reading, racquetball, and any activity in which he is fortunate enough to participate with his family. He has discovered an opportunity for developing one-on-one relationships, building unique rapport, and offering hands-on assistance to all of his clients here in Southern Utah.
Mr. Werrett possesses the requisite knowledge, expertise, experience, and personal interest to zealously advocate your individual position. Mr. Werrett is profoundly grateful for the unique opportunity to practice law, particularly in Southern Utah where he is privileged to daily associate with so many remarkable people in a multiplicity of contexts and professions. Mr. Werrett is fluent in Spanish. He loves Southern Utah’s relatively moderate weather–excepting summer, vast skyline, panoramic views, red hills, and wonderful people.
Tony Jones
Tony Jones grew up in Bountiful, Utah where he excelled in academics and athletics. He is a graduate from the University of Utah with a double major in both Biology and Japanese. He developed a love of the culture and language of Japan while he was on a service mission there for two years. Tony graduated from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon with a law degree.
Tony has practiced bankruptcy law for 20 years and has managed cases in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. He sat on the Board of the Utah Bankruptcy Lawyers Forum from 2006-2015 and served as Vice-president from 2007-2010. Tony is a great listener with a caring disposition and has a great understanding of his client’s problems and how to solve them.
In his spare time, Tony is the President of the Utah Lepidopterists’ Society (butterfly and moth experts). He is currently working on a field guide to the butterflies of Utah. He specializes in photography of wildlife, especially birds, butterflies, moths, and dragonflies
